Task Manager

The Task Manager shows all running and completed tasks, such as alignment calculations, running remote tools etc.

Search

The Search palette enables searching on sequence and secondary structure information.

Rearrange Sequences

The Rearrange Sequences palette allows rearranging sequences in the alignment window.

ITS2Query

The ITS2Query palette allows easy querying and loading sequences from the ITS2 Database.

CBC Table

The CBC Table allows analyzing compensatory base changes within the current sequence and secondary structure alignment. The table contains the counts of CBCs between two sequences. Click on a table cell to highlight the CBCs in the sequence and secondary structure alignment window.

Note: To use a palette, there must be an activated alignment window.
